Identifying and contact data will be processed for the following purposes:

We collect the personal data necessary for the correct recording of your presence on the premises in order to fulfil Corporate Safety requirements, with reference in particular to Italian Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008. This processing is compulsory and is therefore not conditional on the data subject’s freely given consent; anyone refusing to contribute this data will not be granted admission to the premises.
2. The sending of newsletters with information about the Data Controller’s marketing activities, events and courses. These will only be sent with your specific, freely given consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients

Data will be processed for the achievement of the stated purposes only by authorised, identified staff, at this and other group locations. The data collected will not be transferred to third parties and certainly not disseminated except for any restricted disclosure necessary for the purposes of the provision of the service requested, in all cases under the control of the Data Controller.

Storage

1. Personal data relating to guests and visitors who access the site will be stored for a maximum of 30 days.
2. Data are stored until termination of the service by the Data Controller or until you specifically state that you do not wish to receive any further communications.

Once the aforementioned storage periods have elapsed, all data will be destroyed or rendered anonymous, in keeping with the technical erasure and backup procedures followed.
